Ram Dealership

One of the best things about a quality pickup truck is the sheer number of things you can do with it. Capable trucks can be workhorses on a construction site, home bases for your adventures on the campsite, and comfortable hangout spots at a tailgate party. Whether you want a truck for work, play, or a little of each, you should check out Ram's lineup of trucks. As your dedicated Ram dealership, we're proud to offer pickups that aren't just well-built and loaded with useful features but are also comfortable and stylish.

Because these trucks are built to last, you can get a lot out of a used model as much as you can a new one, opening your options up and making it easy to find something that suits your needs no matter what your budget is. Here at Bedard Brothers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, we believe that it's our duty not just to offer vehicles for sale but to work to match up each driver who walks through our doors with a model that's exactly right for their needs. No matter what you're looking for, we can help you find it at a price that works for you so you can tackle the road ahead with a trusty truck that's got your back.

The History of Ram Trucks

While Ram has only been a standalone brand since 2009, it has a much longer history behind it, thanks to its Dodge heritage. Dodge can trace its history all the way back to 1903, when the Dodge Brothers started selling transmissions before eventually creating cars of their own. This company made history as the first to make trucks with multiple choices of box lengths-something that's an industry norm across all automakers today.

While hood ornaments shaped like rams graced Dodge trucks as far back as the 1930s, the first official Dodge Ram wouldn't roll off the assembly line until the 1980s. Like its predecessors, the Dodge Ram brought plenty of innovations to the world of trucks, including the first turbocharged, direct-injected diesel engine-a 5.9-liter inline-six that delivered plenty of power. A second generation was introduced for the 1994 model year, complete with a full makeover that gave the truck a more modern look as well as new engine choices, like a gas-powered V-10 for the heavy-duty Ram 2500 and Ram 3500. The third generation updated the truck's look and features even more in the 2002 model year.

Less than a year after the launch of the fourth generation Ram in the 2009 model year, Dodge Ram became simply "Ram." The Ram name had grown so popular that it was spun off into its own entity, focusing on hard-working trucks and commercial vans like the ProMaster. Today, Ram has been a standalone brand for over a decade and is still going strong, continuing to innovate and build strong trucks that drivers across the country depend on day in and day out.

Shop Our Selection of New Ram Trucks

When you buy a new Ram truck, you'll be able to take advantage of all of the latest improvements. Of course, that includes new technologies that are created year after year to make your truck more comfortable, convenient, and safe-not just more powerful. Infotainment systems are always evolving as new tech develops, and driver assistance technologies have been making significant strides over the past few years. Buying the latest model means getting the most up-to-date versions of these technologies.

On top of that, the engineers at Ram are also working to improve more basic features, like powertrains and body designs. Over time, engines tend to become both more efficient and more powerful as designs are perfected generation after generation. Likewise, body shapes are tinkered with to improve everything from strength and aerodynamics to changing tastes and styles.

Finally, opting to buy a new truck makes it easier to customize your vehicle. One of the best things about pickup trucks is the fact that they are so endlessly configurable. Like other vehicles, they generally come in different trim levels, ranging from basic to luxurious-but trucks like the Ram 1500, 2500, and 3500 also have different cab sizes, bed sizes, and powertrains to choose from, plus trim levels that specialize in off-roading instead of just adding a few more comfort and convenience features compared to the trim level below it. This means that you can truly make a Ram truck your own-something unlike anything else on the road.

While we work to keep a wide selection of used models on hand, we may not have exactly what you're looking for in stock if you want something particular. With our new models, we're more likely to have a full array of trims and other options in stock at any moment. If we don't have a truck that's exactly to your liking, we have an ace in the hole for you: factory orders. When you factory order a Ram, you can build your truck from the wheels up and get everything exactly how you want it, from the engine and drivetrain to comfort features and paint color. There's no extra charge for custom-ordering a vehicle, and you'll get updates throughout the manufacturing process as your truck is built and delivered. Of course, by its very nature, this option is exclusive to new vehicles.

An Overview of the Ram 1500

The Ram 1500 is a half-ton truck-also known as a full-size, light-duty truck-in the same category as the Ford F-150 and Chevy Silverado 1500. It's a versatile option that's just right for most truck drivers, offering towing and hauling capabilities that let you tackle plenty of jobs while not being so big that it's difficult to maneuver on city streets. It's available in several body configurations and provides plenty of comfort to passengers without compromising power.

With plenty of options out there-including special editions from time to time-it's easy to get a 1500 that's just right for you. If you want a simple work truck that's affordable because it doesn't pack on too many bells and whistles, there's a Ram 1500 for you. On the other hand, some configurations are extra comfortable or downright luxurious, so you can decompress on your way home from a hard day's work. If you want to get adventurous, you can get a version designed specifically for off-roading, with an off-road-tuned suspension, protective skid plates, recovery hooks, and more-all the equipment you need to explore the great outdoors on your own terms.

An Overview of the Ram 2500 & 3500

While half-ton trucks are the right size for many drivers, some simply need more power at their disposal. If you can't live with the towing and hauling maximums on the Ram 1500, then you can upgrade to a heavy-duty truck like the three-quarter-ton Ram 2500 and one-ton Ram 3500. These trucks have a lot of the same features as the 1500, like plenty of cab, bed, and powertrain options and a variety of trim levels at different price points that make it easy to find something that works for your budget.

Because these trucks are bigger and more powerful, they do cost more than their half-ton counterparts, but they provide plenty of value for that higher price thanks to their sky-high horsepower, torque, payload, and trailering figures. These beasts are built to work as hard as you do, so you never have to turn down a job for want of towing power.

Shop Our Selection of Used Ram Trucks

Ram trucks aren't just comfortable, hard-working, and high-tech; they're also reliable vehicles that are built to last for the long haul. Even with heavy use day in and day out, you can expect a Ram to stay in good condition for miles and miles to come. Because of that, you can shop our selection of used Ram trucks with confidence, knowing that even older trucks still have plenty of life left in them.

Browsing our used inventory is easy, and you have plenty of options. Of course, you can come to our dealership in person and take a look at our current inventory up close and in person at any time. But we understand that not everyone has the time in their schedule to browse in person for as long as they'd like-and that's why we have our used inventory listed here on our website for you to peruse 24/7 from the comfort of your own home. Searching online allows you to easily narrow your options down based on model year, mileage, price, fuel type, specific features, and more. With these tools, you can quickly filter out vehicles that won't work for your needs or your budget and just spend time looking at trucks that are right for you.

If we don't have what you're looking for in stock today, don't worry. If you can't factory-order a new truck, you can let us know what it is you're looking for so we can keep an eye out for it! Our used inventory is always in flux, too, since we get new trade-ins all the time-and we have plenty of automotive connections in the area, as well; we're happy to do everything we can to find you the exact model you're looking for so you can get the truck you want at a price that won't break the bank.

Discuss Your Financing Options With Us

Financing may not be delightful, but it doesn't have to be stressful. With our team at your back, figuring out a financing option that works for you is a simple and straightforward process. To begin with, you can apply for auto financing here on our website by filling out an online application at home or on the go whenever you have time; this jump-starts the process and gives you the information you need to shop smart.

When it comes to financing a truck, like any other vehicle, there are two main options: loans and leases. Leases are only available for new vehicles and are more of an extended borrowing agreement than a way to buy and own a vehicle. Because of that, they're great for drivers who don't like to stick with a vehicle for very long before getting a new one. That might be because you like to upgrade to the latest model every few years or because you like to be able to mix things up from time to time (for example, switching from the Ram 1500 to the Ram 2500 as you grow your business, or switching from an off-road trim to a more city-oriented model if you move from a rural area to an urban one). Leases tend to have lower down payments and can have lower monthly payments, too, and the post-lease trade-up process is smooth and simple.

Loans are available for new or used models. With a loan, you make monthly payments over a set number of years, and once all the payments are made, you fully own the truck. Interest rates can vary depending on your credit and other factors, but we'll do everything we can to get you the best rate possible. Loans are ideal for drivers who want to stick with a particular model for the long term and for drivers who put a lot of miles on their trucks since leases tend to have mileage caps.

Whether you're getting a loan or a lease, you can bring down the cost of your down payments and monthly payments with a vehicle trade-in. Basically, we'll buy your current vehicle from you and put that money toward the cost of your next truck. You can get a price estimate here on our website to help you figure out how much this will affect your budget.

If you already know whether you want to get a loan or a lease, then we'll jump right in and let you know what rates are available. If you're not quite sure, we're happy to listen to your situation and offer you advice so you can decide which one is right for you. We're always happy to meet you where you're at and do everything we can to give you a shopping experience that'll leave you satisfied and confident.

We're Here When You Need Maintenance or Parts

Ram trucks can last for miles and miles, even with heavy use and lots of regular towing and hauling. But you'll only get the most out of your truck if you take proper care of it, and that means keeping up with your preventative maintenance and getting repairs taken care of as soon as any problems arise. Luckily, that's easy to do when you work with our Ram service center.

Our certified technicians can take care of just about anything, from basic needs like oil changes and tire rotations to serious repairs and bodywork. For any parts that must be replaced, we keep OEM Ram parts on hand and can order more if needed. We can also take care of authorized state inspections so you can stay up-to-date and drive with confidence. Beyond the basics, you can also customize your truck with accessories, specialized wheels, performance parts, and so on-so instead of taking on a DIY project on your own, let us help you transform your truck into a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

Whatever you're coming in for, we want to make sure you have a seamless experience. That's why we offer Saturday service to help you fit visits into your busy schedule, have an express lane for speedy service, and provide services like shuttles, drop-offs, and rental vehicles to keep you on the move while your truck is in the shop. If you do decide to stick around, you can use our free Wi-Fi to stay connected while you wait.
